Q 1. Are you manufacturer or just a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer of resin crafts. We have a professional and perfect team with many years experience in designing, manufacturing and marketing resin crafts, especially animal head.
Q 2. What is your MOQ?
Different product has different MOQ. We have noted on every item’s Product Description. However, mixed order is also acceptable.
Q 3. Do you make custom order?
Yes. OEM & ODM service is available for us. We produce customer’s designs.
Please kindly share with us your idea or design drafts.
Sample time will be 7-15days, depending on the design.
The sample fee is charged based on the product.
Q 4. Can you offer the sample?
Sure, but the sample charge and shipping cost should be paid by customers. Samples will be sent out within 5 days; Customized sample need more time.
Q 5. What is the payment terms?
We accept T/T at sight (30% deposit + 70% balance against the copy of B/L).
Q 6. How about the shipping way?
By express (such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS)
By air (tell us your location airport)
By sea (tell us your location shipping port)
Q7. If my goods are broken when I get it, what should I do?
A5: It is not common that you receive one broken products, but to be honest, it may happen because of some accidents during transportation. The goods may be broken because of violent collision caused by ship, truck or careless handling. Please take several photos of the packing before you open it. If the packing is okay, but goods are broken, it is our responsibility. On the contrary, if the packing and the goods are both broken, it is the logistic company's responsibility.
We promise: no matter whose responsibility it is, as long as the goods is broken, we will try our best to send you a new one in shortest time freely.
